Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, has received the official result sheet of the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship primary election following the emergence of Senator Solomon Adeola as the party’s governorship candidate for the 2027 general election.

The presentation was formally made by Senator Adeola on Saturday after his overwhelming victory in the APC governorship primary election.

Also present during the presentation were elder statesman and former Ogun State Governor, Olusegun Osoba, alongside Ogun State APC Chairman, Chief Yemi Sanusi.

Governor Abiodun congratulated Adeola on his emergence and reaffirmed the commitment of party leaders to sustaining unity, stability, and development within Ogun State under the platform of the APC.

The governor described the outcome of the primary as a significant step towards consolidating the party’s strength ahead of the 2027 general election.
