Olugbodi Wins Lifetime Achievement Award At HREA Awards 2026

Founder and Chief Resilience Architect of Oak Resilience Consultancy, Dr. Alexander Kolawole Olugbodi, has been honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the HREA Awards 2026.

The award was presented recently during the HREA Work Festival, Africa’s gathering for HR professionals and business leaders held in Lagos.

The ceremony also marked the announcement of the HR Most Influential List, into which Olugbodi was inducted.

The Lifetime Achievement Award recognises leaders who have made significant contributions to human resources, workforce development, and organisational excellence.

Organisers said Olugbodi was selected for his decades of work advancing HR practices, mentoring professionals, and driving change in the workplace.

“Your selection for this honor reflects your profound commitment to advancing HR practices, mentoring future leaders, and championing transformational change in the world of work,” said Erefa Coker, Founder of HR Expo Africa.

This year’s festival was held under the theme _“Redefining Productivity in the Age of AI and Analytics”_ and brought together executives and innovators to discuss the future of work across the continent.
