A Governorship hopeful and a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Ahmed Aminu Galadima, has reaffirmed his dedication to good governance and accelerated progress in Adamawa State.
Galadima, who disclosed this during a courtesy visit to the Executive Committee of the party at the State Secretariat, addressed party leaders, stakeholders, and members, expressing optimism that with the right leadership, the state can achieve greater development and prosperity.
The former Executive Secretary of the Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) said his assertion that he is suited to govern the state is rooted in a deep sense of responsibility and a desire to provide effective and people-oriented leadership if allowed to serve.
“My years of experience in public service have prepared him to address the developmental challenges facing the state with practical and sustainable solutions”, he stressed.
According to Galadima, “my vision is centred on good governance, transparency, and accountability, noting that leadership must be defined by impact and service to the people”.
“If given the opportunity, I will provide leadership that is purposeful, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of our people, as our focus must be on delivering real development that improves lives,” he boasted.
He outlined priority areas that would guide his administration to include youth empowerment, education, agriculture, healthcare delivery, and economic growth.
He used the occasion to assure on strengthening unity across the state, irrespective of ethnic or religious differences, while ensuring that governance remains open and accountable.
The stakeholder promised to remain committed and work with party leaders and stakeholders at all levels to build a stronger, more united APC capable of delivering victory and good governance,” he added.
Responding, the State Chairman of the party, Hamza Madagalli, assured him of a level playing ground, promising that all the aspirants will be given fair and free primaries to select who will be the flag bearer of the party.
