Obi Urges Nwoye To Prioritise Nigerians’ Welfare As Senate Minority Whip


Former Labour Party presidential candidate and Chieftain of the African DemocraticCongress (ADC), Peter Obi, has congratulated Senator Tony Nwoye on his emergence as Senate Minority Whip, describing the elevation as an opportunity for greater service to Nigerians.

In a congratulatory message shared on his social media page, Obi who referred to Nwoye as his younger brother said the new role offers him a broader platform to support the welfare of citizens, particularly vulnerable groups.
