Record producer and singer, Osabuohien Osaretin, popularly known as Sarz, has opened up on his early career struggles, admitting that ego stopped him from collaborating with colleagues.
The musician told ‘The Fadar’ that when he initially began making music, he was impetuous and believed he was the best in the industry, which led him to believe that most of his colleagues were beneath him.

Sarz stated that his perspective changed and he became more open to working with and learning from everyone in the profession, including beginners, after realising he didn’t know everything.
“When I started making music, I was very hot-headed. I really wanted to impress everybody. I just thought I was the best thing to exist in music.
“But now I understand that I don’t know it all. I’m always willing to learn from anyone, even someone that just started yesterday,” he said.
