Dino Melaye Mocks Obi Over ADC Exit


Former Kogi West senator, Dino Melaye has criticised former African Democractic Congress (ADC) chieftain, Peter Obi following his exit from the party.

Melaye on Wednesday accused Obi of avoiding internal party challenges, questioning his ability to handle national leadership.

He noted that managing Nigeria’s complex issues requires resilience beyond what he described as “party tribulations.”

Alos, he claimed that Obi has consistently benefited from direct ticket allocations in previous political outings, citing his emergence in parties such as the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and the Labour Party (LP).

Melaye also alleged that Obi’s move to the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) was aimed at securing another “easy path,” while controversially describing the platform as aligned with the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
