Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, has been working to enhance transparency in land allocation, enforce development control regulations, and promote orderly urban expansion.

The governor also said the Kaduna State Government is investing in infrastructure and urban renewal initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life for its citizens, according to a statement signed by his media aide, Ibraheem Musa. ‘

Represented by Deputy Governor, Dr Hadiza Balarabe, he made this known when the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners paid a courtesy call on him at Sir Kashim Ibrahim House (Kaduna State Government House).

According to him, the state government has been making deliberate efforts to strengthen urban planning and land administration systems through ongoing reforms.
