Nollywood actor Clinton Joshua has disclosed that he turns down kissing roles in films to maintain control over his career path and avoid being typecast.
Joshua, who spoke in an interview with TVC Entertainment, said his choices are determined by how he wants his career to develop and the kinds of jobs he intends to continue getting.

According to the actor, if he did well in these kinds of sequences, producers might keep putting him in similar roles, adding that he carefully considers his career path and on-screen persona.
Joshua further revealed thathe doesn’t want to be recognised for just one kind of scenario.
“If I’m good at it, producers will likely give me the same role over and over again, and I don’t want to kiss half the girls in Nollywood,” he said.
