We all experience hard times in life, it’s something we almost cannot avoid in our journey of life. One sure thing God had proven over and over again is that He uses our hardship to shape us into the best we should be in life.
Hardship is not meant to terminate your hope and joy, it’s meant to lift you out of that undesirable circumstance.
No matter your pain, setback, loses, sickness, poverty, etc, we have a great and merciful God who specializes in turning our darkest situation into a bright morning.
Our hope out of every hardship is this: Matthew 7:7-11 (KJV) ” Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone? Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent? If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?” Now we have see one of the ways out of every hardship, every affliction, it’s through prayers and supplication.
Psalms 107:10-20 (KJV) “Such as sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, being bound in affliction and iron; because they rebelled against the words of God, and contemned the counsel of the most High: Therefore he brought down their heart with labour; they fell down, and there was none to help. Then they cried unto the LORD in their trouble, and he saved them out of their distresses.
He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and brake their bands in sunder. Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men! For he hath broken the gates of brass, and cut the bars of iron in sunder. Fools because of their transgression, and because of their iniquities, are afflicted.
Their soul abhorreth all manner of meat; and they draw near unto the gates of death. Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, and he saveth them out of their distresses.
He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions”. There we see how God delivers everyone from hardship, even those they had disobeyed/sinned against Him.
When you apply this into your life, humbly seek God’s face for His intervention in your situation, commiting yourself faithfully and consistently you we receive your own deliverance.
If you can pray, God will answer. Have a solid faith in the God that answers prayers. He will surely deliver you as you back up your prayers with the scriptures.
The second key to escape tough time is praisesSimply apply these keys every day and every night and if possible back them up with fasting until something happens.
Acts 16:24-26 (KJV) Who, having received such a charge, thrust them into the inner prison, and made their feet fast in the stocks. And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. .
And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed.
Your life is much more than physical, you are a spiritual being. Prayer is the secret of victory because it takes you into the realm of the supernatural to commune with God.
Prayer takes salvation, patience, faith, love and sometimes sacrifice for it to deliver. You don’t come to God casually and expect a great result, no. Our generation is a fast food generation, everything is fast, fast messages, instant entertainment, instant travels, etc.
Prayer is not so friend, in prayer, you must learn patience, you must pray until answer comes, you must be steadfast and consistent.
As you stay longer and longer in prayers, your spiritual discipline and faith are building up and this makes you know and see more of the prayer secrets of God and know that the Lord is good. You will become a living testament and testimony to God’s eternal power, glory and goodness.
