Nollywood actor, Bucci Franklin, on Saturday emerged as the winner of the Best Supporting Actor category at the ongoing Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) for his performance in “To Kill A Monkey”.
Saturday Telegraph reports that Franklin’s standout performance in the series movie earned him the award category.
The Best Supporting Actor category featured a highly competitive lineup of nominees from some of the year’s most talked-about productions.

Simileoluwa Hassan received a nomination for The Yard, while Lateef Adedimeji earned two nominations for performances in Gingerrr and Red Circle.
Other nominees are Gabriel Afolayan for Colours Of Fire, Femi Adebayo for King Of Thieves 2, Femi Branch for Owambe Thieves and Uzor Arukwe for Behind The Scenes.
The AMVCA continues to celebrate outstanding achievements in African film and television, honouring both established stars and emerging talents across the industry.
