The African Democratic Congress (ADC), on Wednesday, said it is reviewing the Federal High Court judgment, presided over by Justice Joyce Abdulmalik that sacked its elected, but yet to be inaugurated, State Chairmen.
The party in a statement issued by the National Publicity Secretary, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi, however, said it had earlier issued a statement shortly after the congresses, that the congresses have not truncated the tenure of the current state executive committees.
ADC stated that the tenure of the current state executives should run its full course before the newly elected state executives are inaugurated.
It added that it has instructed its legal team to review the said judgment and advise the party appropriately.
