9PSB Wins Prestigious Digital Bank Award


9 Payment Service Bank has emerged as the Digital Bank of the Year at the 2025 RegTech Rockstar Africa Awards.

In a statement on Sunday, the bank said that it beat the competition, which included financial institutions and fintechs, to win the Digital Innovation Category at the award ceremony in Lagos.

The RegTech Rockstar Africa Awards celebrate excellence and recognise firms that have distinguished themselves through outstanding achievements in product innovation, proven solutions, leadership, and contributions to the growth of the financial industry.

9PSB said that the recognition cements its position as a leader in the Nigerian financial ecosystem, underscoring its role in transforming how financial services are delivered across the country.

Speaking about the award, 9PSB Chief Marketing Officer Ikechukwu Ugwu said, “We are truly honoured to receive the 2025 Digital Bank of the Year award.

This recognition reflects our relentless commitment to driving innovation, enhancing financial inclusion, and delivering seamless digital banking solutions to Nigerians.
