2027: K-RAD Joins Osun Central Senatorial Race


A renowned legal practitioner and grassroots politician, Kunle Rasheed Adegoke (SAN), popularly known as K-RAD, has declared his intention to contest for the Osun Central Senatorial seat on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Speaking during a well-attended consultation meeting with party elders, leaders, and faithful in Osogbo, Adegoke outlined his vision for a new kind of representation, one that is open, accountable, purposeful, and inclusive.

He emphasised that the people of Osun Central deserve a voice that is accessible, responsive, and firmly committed to advancing their collective interests both at the national level and within the district.

“This is not just about seeking office; it is about building a bridge between leadership and the people.

Our representation must reflect transparency, inclusiveness, and a clear sense of purpose that delivers measurable progress,” Adegoke stated.

The Osogbo-born Senior Advocate of Nigeria noted that his decision to enter the race followed extensive consultations with stakeholders across the district, including community leaders, youth groups, professionals, and party loyalists.

He pledged to prioritise people-centred legislation that addresses economic growth, youth empowerment, and social development. Effective constituency engagement to ensure continuous dialogue and feedback.

He also promised transparent leadership anchored on accountability and service delivery, Inclusive governance that carries along all demographics within Osun Central.

Adegoke further assured party members of a campaign built on unity, respect, and shared progress, calling on APC faithful to rally together to secure victory in the forthcoming elections.

“As we move forward, our strength lies in our unity. Together, we can reposition Osun Central for sustainable development and ensure that our voices resonate strongly at the Senate,” he added.

“With his official declaration, K-RAD joins the growing list of aspirants seeking to represent Osun Central, bringing with him a reputation for professional excellence, grassroots connection, and unwavering commitment to public service.”
