Kwara Customs Reaffirms Commitment To Inter-Agency Colla


The Deputy Comptroller of Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Kwara Area Command, Najeem Akanmu Ogundeyi, has hosted two important courtesy visits that underscored the value of inter-agency collaboration and institutional goodwill.

The State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Commandant Abbas Nda Mohammed, and the Kwara State Coordinator of the Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON), Engr. Oyewopo Abdulrazaq, each called on the Acting Area Controller to seek greater synergy and mutual support among agencies in building a stronger, united national front, according to a statement by DSC M. Suleiman, the Command’s Public Relations Officer.

He said: “Beyond the formalities, the visits fostered deep conversation, reflecting a shared desire for agencies to work hand in hand.

“Key issues include strengthening inter-agency collaboration, deepening mutual understanding, and identifying fresh areas of synergy to deliver first-hand intelligence, meaningful strategies for successful implementation of government policies and agenda.”
