I Can Trade Fame For Money


Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) Season 4 winner, Mercy Eke has siad that she prioritises money over fame and would trade her celebrity status for financial benefits.

 The reality television star, who spoke in a recent interview, said she would exchange her celebrity status for 2 billion dollars.

She characterised fame without wealth as insignificant and asserted that she would give up her social media presence and public sway for a significant financial reward.

According to him, she likes being famous at times but would rather maintain a low profile if she had the financial resources, adding that 2 billion dollars would enable her to obtain an island residence and a pleasant lifestyle for herself and her family.

She emphasized that being a celebrity matters very little to her in comparison to financial stability

“I only enjoy being famous occasionally. I would trade my fame for 2 billion dollars. Wettin dem dey carry fame do? Give me money and delete me from every social media platform. I would give up my influence, everything for money,” she said.
