The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has congratulated Tony Nwoye on his emergence as the Senate Minority Whip, describing his appointment as well-deserved.

In a statement on Friday, the party said Nwoye’s elevation reflects his consistency, courage, and commitment to democratic values, as well as growing confidence in the ADC as a credible opposition platform.

According to the party, the new Minority Whip possesses the capacity and credibility required to effectively contribute to legislative duties and strengthen opposition voices in the National Assembly of Nigeria.
