Popular fuji musician, Remi Aluko has disclosed that he can hardly see after fighting glaucoma for years.
In a recent interview on Oyinmomo TV, the singer revealed his ailment, stating that even though he had previously had an eye surgery, his vision had gotten worse.
Aluko claimed that although many people are ignorant of his blindness due to his self-assured demeanour, he is currently blind.

He stated that in order to prevent sadness, he purposefully avoids thinking about his illness and has learnt to handle everyday life on his own.
“I’m a glaucoma patient. I’m managing myself; I’m currently not seeing. Despite being a glaucoma patient, many people don’t know. There’s no difference between me and a blind person now, but no one knows because I don’t let my condition weigh me down.
“Thank God that I know how to take care of myself like someone who can see. I decided not to dwell on my condition because I don’t want to be depressed,” he said.
The Fuji star, known for his vibrant stage performances, remains active in the music industry despite his health challenges.
