At the event, the Paramount Royal Father of the day, HRM Oba Waliu Rasak Olasunkanmi Oguntolu Oniwolu, the Onibeju of Ibejuland, expressed support for BOING Group’s decision to site its first Lagos project in the area, describing it as a welcome development for the community.

Olowa also described Ibeju-Lekki as a strategic location for real estate development, citing major infrastructure such as the Coastal Road and the Lekki Deep Sea Port as indicators of future growth.

He encouraged BOING Group to present further partnership proposals, adding that he would support efforts to secure necessary approvals from the Lagos State Government.

The ceremony also featured the presence of other traditional rulers, including Oba Arowolo Olayemi Lukman Adebambo, the Gbadewolu of Araromi Kingdom, and Oba Adewunmi Mufutau Idogun Larrys, the Onikate of Ikate Land (Kabiyesi Ogunfayo), who lent royal support to the project.

The area has continued to attract real estate and industrial investments, supported by ongoing projects including the Lekki-Epe Expressway expansion and a proposed international airport.

The BOING Golf Estate project is expected to add to the growing portfolio of real estate developments in the area, as investor interest in Ibeju-Lekki continues to rise. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by industry stakeholders, traditional rulers, and government representatives, marking the formal commencement of the estate project.
