On Friday, Accord Party announced the sum of N15 million as the nomination and expression of interest forms for aspirants seeking governorship position in the 2027 general elections on the platform of the party.
This is as the party also fixed prices for other elective offices ahead of the forthcoming general elections
The Lagos State Chairman of the party, Dele Oladeji, disclosed this in a statement made available to journalists following a National Executive Council (NEC) meeting held in Abuja.
According to him, the meeting marked the conclusion of deliberations on critical pre-election matters, including fees, timelines, and procedures for party primaries.
He noted that governorship aspirants are required to pay N10 million for nomination forms and N5 million for expression of interest forms.

Speaking further, Oladeji said senatorial aspirants would pay N5 million for nomination and N2.5 million for expression of interest, while those seeking seats in the House of Representatives would pay N3.5 million and N1.5 million respectively.
For state House of Assembly positions, he added that, aspirants would pay N1 million for nomination forms and N500,000 for expression of interest.
He said, “The NEC meeting serves as the concluding meeting for the fixing of nomination fees, primary date, and the primary mode ahead of the 2027 general elections.”
The party further announced timelines for its electoral process, warning that its window for participation would close soon.
“We are also warning of the closure of the electoral window on April 25. Membership registration ends on April 26, the same as the purchase of nomination forms,” he added.
Oladeji called on Lagos residents interested in political change to align with the party ahead of the next election cycle.
“Accord is the party to vote for. If you desire a change in governance, then you need to change the party that will govern Lagos State from 2027.
“Accord is making a clarion call for patriotic change agents to join the party, contest and win, to be involved in the governance of Lagos State,” Oladeji said.
He emphasised that the party is committed to improving governance and repositioning leadership in the state.
“Accord is leading the charge for a cleanup of bad political leadership and governance.
“We will elect patriotic leaders who will reform the state to bring a human face to governance and policies,” he said.
Oladeji also revealed that the party’s primary elections are scheduled to begin on May 21.
