Zedvance Targets N250bn in Commercial Lending by 2026

Zedvance Finance Limited, a leading subsidiary of the Zedcrest Group, has officially announced an ambitious strategic roadmap to disburse N250bn in commercial funding by the year 2026.

This announcement, made in a Monday statement, follows a stellar performance by the firm’s Commercial Solutions business, which has already funnelled over N96bn into Nigeria’s real sector since its launch in 2025.

This milestone signals a decisive shift for the institution from its traditional retail roots toward becoming a powerhouse in enterprise financing and bridging the gap between business growth and timely liquidity.

Central to this expansion is the company’s flagship product, Liquidity Solutions, which has been engineered to address the chronic credit shortage facing local enterprises.

Speaking on the impact of the initiative, the Group Managing Director of Zedcrest Group, Adedayo Amzat, emphasised that the model was designed specifically to tackle the unique hurdles of the Nigerian market.

“We are proud of our accomplishments so far, especially the impact we’ve made in sectors that are critical to economic development. Because our customers are at the heart of our business, we were intentional about designing our flagship product, ‘Liquidity Solutions’, to allow businesses to unlock faster credit delivery across all high-growth sectors,” Amzat stated.

The Managing Director further noted that the product’s flexibility, covering inventory purchase, invoice financing and import financing, allows businesses to optimise cash flow, accelerate turnover and scale with confidence.

In just one year, Zedvance has established a significant footprint across diverse industries, including oil and gas, logistics, fintech, e-commerce and agribusiness. The firm has also emerged as a key player in the green energy transition, providing solar and asset on-lending to expand energy access and improve income opportunities for gig workers by financing mobility asset platforms across the country.

The Acting Executive Director of Commercial Solutions, Ayooluwa Oladimeji, highlighted that the company’s success is rooted in its ability to blend technology with deep sector expertise and risk-moderated structures.

“In 2025 alone, Zedvance Commercial Solution’s business recorded tremendous growth, driven by strong partnerships and a rapidly expanding portfolio. We are proud to have supported a range of businesses, including Shekel Mobility, Tradegrid, Sapphire, CredPal and other ecosystem partners. Beyond these successes, our focus remains on strengthening credit access across Africa’s commercial ecosystems to enable businesses to scale with confidence and resilience,” Oladimeji commented.

With an 11-year legacy of empowering over one million Nigerians, Zedvance is now pivoting toward even more capital-intensive sectors to sustain its growth trajectory.

The N250 bn target for 2026 will prioritise off-grid power, smart devices, vehicle dealerships, agribusiness and manufacturing, as well as hospitality and consumer goods distribution. By providing multi-currency credit lines and specialised equipment financing, Zedvance aims to solidify its position as the premier financial growth partner for enterprises seeking to strengthen their operational resilience in a dynamic economic environment.
