Bracken unveils 2026 agenda for deeper media collaboration

Bracken Media Solutions has unveiled aspects of its 2026 agenda, pledging deeper collaboration with media stakeholders and stronger brand positioning as it hosted journalists and editors to an engagement in Lagos.

The meet-and-greet session, held recently at the company’s head office in Lagos, was organised in the spirit of the Chinese New Year as a platform to appreciate long-standing partnerships and chart a collective path forward.

The gathering brought together leading media professionals who have supported the agency’s diverse client portfolio over the years, creating what participants described as a rare moment of reflection in an industry often driven by deadlines and breaking news.

Speaking at the event, the Managing Director of Bracken Media Solutions, Mahmood Oyewo, said the agency was focused not only on amplifying clients’ brands but also on nurturing enduring relationships within the media ecosystem.

“Bracken has come to stay. Beyond amplifying our clients, we are intentional about building lasting partnerships within the media ecosystem,” Oyewo said.

He stressed that the agency’s 2026 vision includes greater collaboration with newsrooms and industry players.

“This year, we are open to stronger collaboration, from supporting media initiatives and industry events to creating platforms that elevate shared visibility and impact,” he added.

According to Oyewo, the agency plans to intensify strategic media placements for its clients while simultaneously strengthening its own corporate identity.

“We are looking at 2026 as a year of alignment and intentional growth; growth for our clients, growth for our partners, and growth for Bracken as a brand,” he noted.

One editor who attended the session described it as “a refreshing opportunity to move beyond transactional relationships. It is not every day you see agencies pause to say thank you and discuss how to grow together. That speaks volumes about leadership and long-term thinking.”
