Borno ADC Crisis Deepens

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) factional group in Borno State led by Umar Bolori has rejected the Transition and Membership Registration Committee inaugurated by Alhaji Kashim Imman.

Addressing journalists in Maiduguri on Monday, the factional State working Transition Committee Chairman Bolori said: “The so-called Transition and Membership Registration Committee inaugurated by Kashim Imman is null and void.”

According to him, the ADC is the coalition party and nobody will be allowed to singlehandedly decide for the stakeholders. Bolori said: “I call on Alhaji Kashim Imam to retraced his steps.

“I am not aware of any inspiration from the Transition and Membership Registration Committee. The transition committee inaugurated by Alhaji Kashim Imman is hereby declared null and void.”
