Obi Cubana Hosts “Dem Mama” Crooner Ahead Of Abuja Timaya Day


Business philanthropist and CEO of the Cubana Group, Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana, has hosted veteran hip-hop musician Timaya ahead of Timaya Day in Abuja.

Bayelsa-born international music sensation Timaya is expected to attract notable musicians and others in the entertainment industry from across the country to his Timaya Day Concert in Abuja.

The “Dem Mama” singer will also be at Timaya Day Concert to mark his 20 years on stage as one of those who have shaped the country’s music industry.

Obi Cubana, who is one of the high-profile guests at the event, has a fond memory of the musician whom he first brought to Abuja to perform at his lounge, Ibiza, 19 years ago.

He has been personally promoting the Timaya that took place December 12 at Harrow Park, Wuse 2, Abuja, on his social media pages, as he said he is taking it personally.

Obi Cubana was also presented with a premium ticket to the event, which is being packaged by Ejanla 1 of Abuja.

As one of Nigeria’s most successful and globally recognised artists, Timaya’s Day Concert will feature electrifying performances, showcasing his chart-topping hits alongside other exciting surprises for fans in attendance.

It will be a historic celebration of Nigerian rich culture and Timaya’s journey to international stardom, as fans within Abuja and environs are encouraged to sign up for this show.
