Property firm allocates plots to bridge housing deficit

A real estate firm, Dekglobal Properties Limited, has completed the allocation of plots at Sheba Estate, Iloti, Epe-Ijebu, with investors lauding the process as swift, transparent, and highly professional.

In a statement made available to Sunday PUNCH, it was noted that buyers received full documentation and official plot allocation within just one month of purchase, an uncommon achievement in Nigeria’s typically complex and protracted property market.

It stated, “Strategically located in Iloti, a thriving corridor between Lagos and Ogun states, Sheba Estate is quickly emerging as a choice destination for forward-thinking investors.

“The estate enjoys proximity to several high-impact projects and institutions, including the proposed Ogun State Cancer Centre, Tai Solarin University of Education, Babcock University, and the expansive Michael Otedola Housing Project, all of which contribute to the area’s increasing development appeal.

“What set this allocation apart was the impressive speed and efficiency of the process. Buyers reported receiving complete documentation and official plot allocation within just a month of purchase, a rare feat in Nigeria’s often complex property market.”

The statement noted that the event, which saw investors taking possession of their plots, served as a powerful endorsement of Dekglobal’s commitment to transparency and client satisfaction.

“Dekglobal Properties Limited surpassed my expectations. In less than a month of purchase, I got allocated; all documents were seamlessly done and issued. I urge you to patronise Dekglobal and invest in the future; potential lies here!” said an investor, who was simply identified as  Mr Chigbo, during the allocation ceremony.

Speaking on the success of the project, the Chief Executive Officer, Dekglobal Properties Limited, Adeleke Olawale, expressed pride in the company’s delivery record.

“At Dekglobal, our vision is to redefine real estate investment in Nigeria by making land acquisition straightforward, secure, and rewarding. Sheba Estate exemplifies this vision. We are committed to ensuring that every investor gets more than just a plot; they get peace of mind and a future of value.

“The Sheba Estate project represents more than just land, it symbolises a gateway to prosperity for investors looking to secure assets in one of Nigeria’s most promising growth corridors. As development continues to push eastward from Lagos, Iloti- Ogun State, and its environs stand poised to benefit immensely from regional integration and rising demand for residential and commercial space.

“With its seamless delivery and rising investor confidence, Sheba Estate sets a benchmark in customer satisfaction and real estate excellence. Dekglobal Properties Limited has, once again, proven why it remains a trusted name in Nigeria’s property landscape.”
