Presiding Bishop of Methodist Church Nigeria, Diocese of Atamunu in Cross River State, Rt Rev Otuekong Ukut, has denied allegation of verbal abuse and physical assault on a Priest, Rev. Victor Uloh, who is under the supervision of his diocese.

Otuekong refuted the allegation while reacting to Rev. Oloh’s recent claim of inhuman treatment and oppression against him.

Iiloh had raised the alarm that Bishop Otuekong was attacking him on all fronts, asking the Prelate of the church to send him to another diocese and explained that he would likely be free from the Bishop’s constant abuse and assault if posted to another diocese.
