Top3 Solutions begins training for business owners

Investment advisory firm, Top3 Solutions, in partnership with the Institute of Certified Business Consultants Nigeria & Namibia and Optiss Ventures, has officially launched what it called the National Business Masterclass.

The NBM project launched in Lagos recently plans to impact over 650 business owners across Nigeria, providing them with expert guidance and practical tools to accelerate growth and scale their businesses internationally.

The event gathered prominent global and international investors, business leaders, and influencers, creating a collaborative environment aimed at driving growth and transforming Nigeria’s business landscape.

Speaking at the launch, the Chief Executive Officer of Top3 Solutions, Dr Fatoumatta Gaye, stated that the NBM initiative will provide Nigerian entrepreneurs with valuable insights, connecting them to global opportunities and enabling them to scale their businesses beyond local borders.

“As one of Africa’s largest economies with a young, innovative population, Nigeria is the perfect place for this project. We have many young people creating products and driving innovations that deserve global exposure. The National Business Masterclass will open doors, introducing entrepreneurs to new clientele and export opportunities,” Gaye stated.

According to her, the NBM project is designed to build capacity within Nigeria’s SME sector, attracting investors and positioning local businesses for success in the global market.

The programme will include training sessions, networking opportunities, and mentorship from industry experts, equipping participants to enhance their competitiveness on a global scale.

As Top3 Solutions and its partners embark on this journey, the National Business Masterclass is set to play a vital role in shaping the future of African entrepreneurship, she noted.
