Strategies for Wealth Creation |

The second edition of the Paradigm Shift Conference, scheduled for September 27, 2025, aims to unlock individual potential, develop high-impact strategies for personal and professional growth, and explore profitable opportunities aligned with sustainable wealth creation.

This is contained in a statement by Global Business Consulting, a non-profit foundation and organisers of the conference to be held at the Muson Centre, Onikan, Lagos.

Convener of the conference, Dr Stephen Enike-Matthew, explained in a statement that the programme is designed to inspire a new trajectory of thought around wealth and success by addressing the gap between traditional wealth creation methods and values-driven approaches.

“The theme of this year’s conference, ‘Building Organic Wealth Through Self-Discovery’, reaffirms the importance of internal growth and self-awareness as foundations for authentic and sustainable wealth,” Enike-Matthew said.

He added, “In a country where many prioritise survival over self-reflection, this platform makes a bold case for self-discovery not just as a personal journey but as an economic imperative. When people understand who they are and what they are capable of, they make smarter decisions and build meaningful ventures.”

With Nigeria facing a dearth of jobs, Dr Enike-Matthew stressed the critical role of self-discovery in attaining sustainable prosperity, stressing that aligning individual strengths, passions and values with professional pursuits can lead to lasting wealth and improved well-being.

The conference is expected to attract entrepreneurs, business leaders, students and others seeking personal growth and effective wealth creation strategies. Dr Enike-Matthew assured prospective attendees of a refreshing and transformative experience, promising deep conversations that bridge business, technology, education, media and leadership.

The inaugural Paradigm Shift Conference reportedly produced breakthrough stories, with several young attendees launching new business ventures inspired by the seminars and teachings on discovering purpose and potential.

“We are committed to building more sustainable success stories,” Dr Enike-Matthew added. “The impact of the first edition has been profoundly positive and significant.”

The 2025 edition will feature prominent industry leaders and successful entrepreneurs who will share cutting-edge insights and facilitate cross-sector networking to further empower participants.
