Sophia Momodu Joins Real Housewives Of Lagos Reality Show

Nigerian music star Davido’s baby mama Sophia Momodu is set to The cast of The Real Housewives of Lagos.

DSTV, in collaboration with Africa Magic, officially revealed this groundbreaking development, announcing that Sophia Momodu, alongside other public figures like Dabota Lawson and Diiadem, will be gracing the third season of the show, set to premiere on January 12th, 2025.

In a post on social media, Africa Magic wrote, “Fashion-forward and fiercely independent, @thesophiamomodu is coming in hot as a new housewife ready to flaunt her style and tell her story. Lagos is her runway and the drama? She owns it!, Don’t miss the premiere of #RHOLagos season 3 on 12 January on AMShowcase”

The mere mention of Sophia’s name has set social media ablaze, with viewers eagerly speculating about the sparks that might fly as she steps into the lion’s den, where drama and rivalries are as common as diamonds and champagne.

Since its debut on April 8, 2022, the Real Housewives of Lagos has built a reputation for showcasing the opulent lives of Lagos’s elite—shopping sprees that rival royal treasuries, parties dripping with excess, extravagant travels, and the unending tug-of-war for dominance in the high-stakes world of social competition.

Starring personalities like Carolyna Hutchings, Laura Ikeji, Chioma Ikokwu, Toyin Lawani-Adebayo, Iyabo Ojo, and Mariam Timmer, the series has become a battlefield of egos and ambitions, where alliances are fleeting and every interaction could spark a feud.
