RMB Nigeria ranked No. 2 employer for 2026


Rand Merchant Bank Nigeria has been ranked the No. 2 employer in Nigeria for 2026, marking the second consecutive year the bank has received recognition for excellence in people practices.

This achievement highlights RMB Nigeria’s deliberate focus on fostering a workplace where employees can thrive and contribute meaningfully to clients and the community.

The recognition comes from the Top Employers Institute, the global authority on HR certification, benchmarking, and advisory. Active in over 130 countries and regions, the Institute certifies organisations through its rigorous HR Best Practices Survey, which evaluates six domains: people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity, equity & inclusion, and wellbeing.

This certification demonstrates that RMB Nigeria meets world-class standards in HR excellence and workplace culture.
