Polymath unveils Aura City Phase 2

In a bid to further cement its position in the real estate industry, Polymath Real Estate Limited has launched Aura City Phase 2, themed ‘Powering Sustainable Dreams’.

In a statement, it was noted that this new development promises to redefine sustainable urban living in Nigeria, offering modern, eco-friendly homes designed to meet the growing demands of both local and diaspora clients.

The Brand and Communications Manager of the company, Emmanuel Nnanna, said the inspiration behind Aura City Phase 2 stems from the overwhelming success of Phase 1, which saw a near sell-out in October 2024.

“The strong demand from both Nigerian and diaspora clients drove our brand to innovate further. We aim to lead in sustainable urban living, addressing the need for modern, affordable, and eco-friendly housing.

Aura City Phase 2 boasts an array of features designed to enhance the quality of life for its residents.

“Some of the key features include perimeter fencing and a gated community for maximum security, 24/7 security personnel for round-the-clock safety, a good road network for easy accessibility and navigation, a reliable electricity and water supply to ensure consistent amenities, and AI-driven energy-saving systems to minimise energy consumption and reduce environmental impact. These features translate into numerous benefits for residents, including enhanced safety, convenience, and reduced carbon.

“The management’s goal with Aura City Phase 2 was to create a sustainable community that would not only meet the needs of the customers but also contribute positively to the environment,” he explained.
