Ondo election: No serious contester against Aiyedatiwa – Seyi Law


Popular Nigerian comedian, Oluseyi Aletile, professionally known as Seyi Law, has revealed that governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa has no serious contenders ahead of the Ondo state governorship election.

The comedian stated this while reacting to the allegation of assault against the governor following a viral video of a man, who has the same facial features like that of Aiyedatiwa in a heated argument with some women.

One of the women was holding the man’s clothes, accusing him of a physical assault.

The video surfaces ahead of the forthcoming Ondo state 2024 Governorship election.

Speaking amid the controversy, Seyi law warned that it will be perceived as oppression if the governor takes legal action against those spreading the video on the internet.

While explaining that the video is a plot

by the oppositions to demarket his principal ahead of November 16 election, Seyi pointed out that Aiyedatiwa has no serious contenders, Noting that the poll is going to be an easy win for him.

“I just landed in Naija, and it is sad that despite several warnings to you, you have refused to do the honourable thing. If the Governor takes this up, your family will shout oppression.

“For your information, the election in Ondo State is no contest. Before 12 noon, una go don see results, run.”

DAILY POST recalls that Seyi Law was appointed in July 2024, as Senior Special Assistant, SSA on Entertainment & Tourism to governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa.
