Nyamadi Counsels Christians On Godly Conduct

The Pastor of Christian Ministry of Reconciliation (Grace & Truth), Rev. John Nyamadi, on Sunday counselled Christians to endeavour to maintain Godly conduct and avoid keeping company with unbelievers in God’s word.

In his Easter message during the church’s 2026 Easter Convention at its Camp Bethlehem in Wasimi. Ogun State, the cleric reminded Christians of the essence of the observance as well as their duties as beluevers.

In the sermon titled: “Position Yourself Well in the Body of Christ,” Nyamadi quoted from various Bible verses and advised Christians to see themselves as part of the body of Christ and to pray their roles accordingly.

He said, “Christ is expecting us to function well. God expects everyone that believes in Him to behave well.”

He added: “God expects you and I who believe in Him to be holy.”

He urged Christians to always repent when they sin. He also warned those in the habit of getting involved in conflicts to desist, noting that they should instead encourage reconciliation between warring parties.

He added: “Don’t be a partaker in somebody’s sin. Refuse to yield yourself to different types of worldliness. ”

Nyamadi also counselled Christians to avoid drug abuse, lying, fornication, adultery, drunkenness and other vices.

“May we allow God to positionally place us in Him that we may lead holy lives,” he declared.

The convention, which began on Thursday April 2, 2026 with the theme: ‘Behold the lamb of God which taketh away the sin of the world,” will end on Monday April 6, 2026 and featured sermons by various ministers, soecial songs, testimonies and prayers.
