N’West APC Commiserates With El-Rufai Over Mother’s Death

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Caucus in the North-West has extended its deepest condolences to a former governor of Kaduna State, Malam Nasir El-Rufai, over the demise of his mother, Hajiya Ummah El-Rufai.

The North-West APC said in a press release issued on Sunday by the National Vice Chairman (North-West), Hon. Garba Datti Muhammad, that it received the news of the passing of el-Rufai’s mother with rude shock.

Describing the late matriarch of the el-Rufai family as a mother to all who dedicated her life to serving her community and humanity, the North-West APC noted that she would be sorely missed by all those who knew her.

“Inna lillahi Wa Inna Ilaihir Raji’un. The passing of Hajiya Ummah el-Rufai is indeed a big loss not just to her immediate family but also to her community.

“While she lived, she was a mother to all. She lived an exemplary life full of lessons for humanity.

“Losing a mother is as devastating as it is depressing. Hajiya Ummah el-Rufai was a devoted mother who raised her children the best way any mother could.

“At this moment of grief, our thoughts and prayers are with the el-Rufai family. We pray to Allah (SWT) to have mercy on her soul and make Jannatul Firdaus her final abode,” the APC North-West said.
