NPA Boss Rejoices with Christians, Calls For Reflection

The Executive Director, Marine and Operations of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), Engr. Olalekan Badmus has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Nigerian Christians on Easter, which signifies the resurrection of Jesus Christ after his crucifixion.

Budmus, in a message he signed and made available to journalists in Osogbo, charged Christians to reflect on the lessons of faith, love and sacrifice that the season preaches.

He also reminded them of the need to be their brother’s keepers by rekindling their faith in the line of positivity and nation-building.

“I want to greet our Christian faithful both in Osun and beyond on the occasion of Easter. The significance of this day and season, stressing the rare gift of God’s love for mankind, should be exemplified in our daily lives.

“We must remember to imbibe the spirit of love, tolerance and compassion for others as taught by Jesus Christ and apply it in our dealings with one another to make our society better.

“As we mark this year’s Easter, let us continuously uphold these tenets, pray for our leaders and remain United for our country to progress.

“I wish all of us a Happy Easter. May the peace and blessings of the season continue to abide with us. Happy celebrations,” Badmus noted.
