The Chartered Institute of Management Consultants, Canada/USA, has honoured Nigerian businessman and supply chain strategist Ayokunle Adeyemi with its Flagship Award of Excellence, the institute’s highest professional honour.
According to a statement, Adeyemi, who is the founder and Managing Director of Solaire Logistics & Supply Chain Limited, was selected from an international pool of professionals across industries after what the institute described as a “rigorous selection process.”
According to the CIMC, the process assessed leadership, innovation, industry impact, and sustained professional excellence.
The institute stated, “Dr. Adeyemi represents the future of business leadership—intelligent, ethical, and results-driven. This award is not just a recognition of his past, but a vote of confidence in his continued impact.”
It added that with over 15 years of experience, Dr. Adeyemi is widely recognised for his transformative work in supply chain management and procurement.
CIMC noted that the awardee has led initiatives in cost optimisation, vendor performance management, and ERP-driven procurement systems, working with both multinational corporations and indigenous firms.
It added that at Solaire Logistics, he has built efficient teams and overhauled procurement frameworks to deliver measurable value in Nigeria’s logistics and supply chain space.
