New Estate Management Software to Digitize Operations

Property firm, Our Property NG, has unveiled property and estate management software designed to fully digitise estate operations.

In a statement, the company noted that Our Property NG is transforming the way estates handle visitors, vehicles, and facility operations by offering a single cloud-based platform that connects residents, security teams, and estate administrators in real time.

It stated, “Gone are the days of manual visitor logs and cumbersome phone approvals. Our Property NG allows residents, tenants, landlords, and occupants to pre-book visitors through a simple mobile app. Each booking generates a PDF clearance receipt with a unique QR code, which visitors present at the gate.

“Security personnel scan the QR code to manage check-in and check-out seamlessly, while residents receive instant notifications about their visitor’s arrival and departure.

This feature not only enhances security but also provides residents with full control and transparency over visitor movements, eliminating the inefficiencies and errors of traditional systems.

“Vehicle management is equally streamlined. Residents and visitors can register their vehicles digitally, receiving QR-coded passes that correspond to their bookings. Gate security can quickly verify vehicles, track movements in real time, and receive alerts for unregistered or blacklisted vehicles. This system ensures estates maintain strict control over vehicle access while providing a safer and more organised environment for all occupants.”

The firm stated that the technology also integrates comprehensive facility management, giving residents the ability to pay service charges, facility fees, and other estate-related bills directly through the app.

“Tenants and occupants can log maintenance requests—from plumbing issues to electrical faults—which are automatically routed to the estate’s management or maintenance team. Administrators benefit from real-time dashboards that track payments, maintenance histories, visitor movements, and security activity, providing an all-in-one solution for efficient estate oversight,” it stated.

According to the statement, security officers can manage resident requests, verify visitors, and monitor vehicle traffic in real time, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the estate.

It added, “What sets Our Property NG apart is its customisability and adaptability. Estates can brand the platform with their own logos, colors, and even host it on a dedicated domain, giving each community a unique identity while leveraging a sophisticated digital system.”

The Co-founder of Our Property NG, Taiwo Salam, described the app as a complete digital ecosystem built to simplify estate management, enhance security, and improve resident satisfaction. Salam said, “We are proud to provide a solution that brings modern efficiency to every gated estate in Nigeria.”

The statement further noted that the platform’s rebrandability allows companies to customise the app to reflect their identity through brand colors, logos, and iconography. It added that clients can access the Our Property NG – Client app on major app stores, while real estate firms can use the Admin app to manage branches, staff, tenants, landlords, and properties on one cloud-based platform.
