In a statement on Sunday, the company said it was setting a new benchmark in workforce transformation with two powerful initiatives designed to reshape the role of HR in the modern business landscape.

It stated, “As businesses across sectors increasingly rely on HR to drive strategic growth, Kimberly Ryan is convening top industry voices for a Virtual HR Roundtable on May 29, 2025, themed ‘The Role of HR in Business Transformation & Digitalisation.’”

The statement noted that the upcoming roundtable discussion promises to be a thought-provoking dialogue, spotlighting influential voices shaping the future of human resource management.

It added, “Featured panellists include Gbenga Odetunde, Deputy Registrar of CIPM, who will deliver the keynote address, alongside industry leaders such as Temitope Olusesan-Biala of Punch Nigeria Ltd, Vivian Agunabor of Kimberly Ryan Limited, Oluseye Komolafe of United Capital Plc, and Emmanuel Abegunde of Jackson, Etti & Edu.

“Moderated by Adewole Fasina, Head of Outsourcing & L&D at Kimberly Ryan Limited, the session will delve into how digitalisation, data, and leadership agility are redefining the HR function across Africa and globally.

“In tandem with the roundtable, Kimberly Ryan Limited will host its flagship Strategic HR Leadership engagement from June 18–20, 2025, at Radisson Blu, Victoria Island, Lagos. This immersive three-day programme is specifically designed for HR professionals seeking to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving workforce landscape.”

The firm said participants will be equipped with cutting-edge strategies to address economic disruptions, future-proof their organisations, and build resilient HR systems that drive organisational growth and transformation.

“These two initiatives are built on one shared belief. That HR is no longer just about operations, it is a core driver of strategic transformation. From succession planning and performance management to cultivating employee engagement and organizational culture, both events aim to empower HR leaders to lead with impact, embrace change, and strategically position HR at the heart of business innovation,” it stated.
