The National Public Service Joint Negotiating Council (JNC), Kaduna State chapter, has threatened industrial action over the continued delay in the approval and implementation of consequential salary adjustments for civil servants on Grade Level 07 and above.

It said the delay by the state government had generated widespread dissatisfaction among workers, many of whom have continued to grapple with the rising cost of living without corresponding salary increases.
