Investor To Nigerians: Utilise Canada’s Mortgage, Investment Opportunities

A Canadian-based real estate and investment expert, Andrew Enofe, has urged Nigerians to take advantage of Canada’s stable economy to invest in its real estate and investment opportunities and make gains that would increase their wealth portfolio.

Enofe, who is the founder of Canadian-based Golden Gate Investments Inc, made the appeal at the unveiling of Canadian-Nigerian investment opportunities in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital.

He cited Canada’s stable economy and its low inflation rate, and positive economic outlook as considerations that should propel Nigerians to grow their wealth through investments in the North American country.

Enofe said: “We help Nigerians to improve their money abroad and return it to Nigeria. We are providing Nigerians with a platform to invest outside Nigeria. We help people to purchase properties in Canada.

Real estate appreciates in Canada.” While appreciating the calls for foreign direct investments (FDI), he equally urged Nigerians to build international investment portfolios for personal expansion and achieve generational wealth.

He said when one invests in a strong economy like Canada, where Golden Gate Investment fully understands the investment landscape, they stand the chance of building generational wealth outside the country.
