Interswitch Drives Propertytech Innovation in Real Estate


Interswitch, a leading African technology company, has reaffirmed its commitment to cross-sector innovation as an Associate Partner at the recent sixth edition of the Lagos State Real Estate Fest.

The event brought together stakeholders, including property developers, investors, government representatives, urban planners, project financiers, architects, and technology providers, to discuss the future of Nigeria’s real estate industry.

A statement from the firm stated that Interswitch played a significant role in shaping conversations around the future of propertytech and its role in transforming Nigeria’s real estate ecosystem.

Vice President, Energy Ecosystems, Interswitch Group, Adeyinka Adekoya, emphasised the importance of access, trust, and digital infrastructure in transforming the real estate sector.

He noted that Quickteller Homes serves as Interswitch’s one-stop digital platform for real estate services, and aims to simplify property transactions and expand financial inclusion.

The Lagos Real Estate Fest 2025 featured industry leaders discussing topics such as affordable housing, construction finance, urban planning, sustainability, data-driven design, and smart infrastructure.

The event concluded with a call for stakeholders to invest in scalable Proptech innovations, strengthen public-private partnerships, and integrate technology across Nigeria’s real estate value chain.
