The President and Chairman of the Governing Council of the Institute of Leadership Coaching and Strategy, Dr Olasunkade Azeez, has been appointed a member of the International Federation of Training and Development Organisations Board’s Committee on International Conference and Certification, effective January 2026.

The appointment was confirmed in a statement signed on Monday by IFTDO Board Chair, Dr Patti Phillips. The organisation described Azeez as a highly respected leader in learning and development, leadership, and strategy development in Nigeria and across Africa.

It stated, “The board is especially grateful to him for sharing his talents with the Accreditation Committee.
