How My Family Frustrated My Late Wife – Dare Melody


Nigerian Gospel musician, Damilare Odunuga, better known as Dare Melody has narrated how his family frustrated his late wife, Adedoyin.

It would be recalled that Adedoyin died of a heart-related illness on October 24, 2024.

New Telegraph recalls that the couple got married in October 2017, and have three daughters together.

Speaking in a viral video posted on Kilarigbo’s YouTube page, Dare Melody shared insights into the harsh treatment Adedoyin endured from his family.

He said, “My family frustrated Adedoyin, I will hold her and say, ‘Adedoyin, I am the one you got married to, and whenever you see me, put your mind at rest.

“She was there for me, whether we had food to eat or not. God told me I would release a record in 2010, which became ‘Goodness and Mercy’, and the record revived my career. God used it to open the way for me, and I started building a house.

“A friend called me and said ‘This woman stood by you; let’s build a house for her,’ and I said, ‘Everything I have belongs to her.”
