Hero MotoCorp unveils three motorcycle models


Hero MotoCorp Limited has expanded its presence in Nigeria with the launch of three new motorcycle models: Hero Xpulse 200cc, Hero Hunk 150cc, and Hero Glamour 125cc.

The motorcycles were unveiled during the Hero Tolaram X Fanfaro Auto Fest 2024, held on December 7 and 8 at the Pacesetter Transport Service Park, Ibadan, according to a statement.

The Fanfaro Auto Fest, themed ‘Battle of Champions,’ celebrated the automotive culture in the country, providing a platform for Hero MotoCorp to showcase its innovative two-wheelers to Nigerian riders and industry professionals.

The event was part of Hero’s efforts to deliver advanced technology, designs, and performance to meet the diverse needs of the market.

Business Head, Hero Tolaram, Vikas Mehra, expressed excitement about the launch, stating, “We are thrilled to introduce the Hero Xpulse 200cc, Hunk 150cc, and Glamour 125cc to the Nigerian market at the Fanfaro Auto Fest 2024. These models showcase our unwavering commitment to providing innovative mobility solutions tailored to the needs of Nigerian riders.”

Describing the models, Mehra said the Hero Xpulse 200cc, dubbed “Adventure Unleashed,” blends aesthetics with performance, making it ideal for adventure riders.

Mehra added that the Hero Hunk 150cc, known as “Bold and Dynamic,” offers power, versatility, and style, suited for both city commutes and long journeys.

Meanwhile, the Hero Glamour 125cc, referred to as “Stylish Efficiency,” targets urban commuters with its fuel-efficient performance and modern features, according to the brand.

Hero MotoCorp revealed its partnership with Tolaram, supporting its entry into Nigeria, being established in December 2023.

Combining Hero’s manufacturing expertise with Tolaram’s extensive market knowledge and distribution network, the collaboration aims to make Hero motorcycles accessible nationwide.

“The partnership with Tolaram is instrumental in ensuring these models resonate strongly with riders across the country,” Mehra added.
