‘Help Me’, 2Baba Cries Out Amid Marital Crisis With New Wife Natasha

Nigerian music legend Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2baba, has publicly called for help, the first time since his ongoing marital controversy began trending online with Edo State lawmaker, Natasha Osawaru.

In a brief Instagram Story post on Wednesday, the singer simply wrote, “Help me.”

The brief message came hours after his brother, Hyacinth Idibia, expressed concern over the singer’s well-being in an Instagram post, pairing his words with lyrics from one of 2Baba’s songs.

Hyacinth wrote, “You’ve always been ahead, always been brilliant. Lyrics meant to inspire, but somehow it’s unfolding in real time… Painful reality. Allow us save you. You’ve been suffering for too long. God knows.”

The latest development followed weeks of public tension between 2Baba and Osawaru, which reportedly began in the United Kingdom during a heated exchange that involved police intervention and a brief arrest of the singer.

The matter later resurfaced during an Instagram Live session with broadcaster Daddy Freeze, where the couple clashed on camera.

As of the time of filing this report, neither 2Baba nor Natasha Osawaru has issued a statement addressing the situation.
