Manchester City on Saturday evening won another FA Cup quarterfinal in the early start of the game, crushing Liverpool 4-0 at the Etihad Stadium
Erling Haaland’s hat-trick and Antoine Semenyo’s skilful finish gave City the victory they most likely deserved for their outstanding effort.
Nico O’Reilly scored the first goal in the 38th minute by deftly dodging a tackle from Virgil Van Dijk. Giorgi Mamardashvili was sent in the wrong direction by Haaland’s correct conversion.
Haaland then made it two with a powerful header off a whirling Semenyo cross with nearly the final touch of the second half.
