Firm unveils Africa Property Hub for real estate investors

Africa Property Hub, a new real estate advisory and management platform designed as a gateway to help investors build, buy, sell, rent, and manage property across Africa and beyond, has launched on the continent, operating from Lagos, Kenya, and Cameroon.

APH is the sister firm of Lagos-based real estate company, Jarus Homes & Investments Limited, which has several housing projects across Nigeria.

The pan-African company’s services cut across advisory, marketing, brokerage, and property management for investors across Africa.

Through research-led guidance, APH aims to support investors and property owners in navigating the diverse African markets through informed decision-making.

According to the CEO of Jarus Homes and APH, Suraj Oyewale, the company’s mission is built on trust and credibility, which is very critical in the real estate market.

“This is a platform that is designed to change the face of real estate investing and participation in general across the African continent. Essentially, we want to help Africans and even non-Africans who want to invest in Africa to build, buy, sell, rent, and manage property across Africa from a place of information,” Oyewale said.

“What we have sought to achieve is to reduce the friction in the space. There is a sort of information asymmetry where people do not know whom to trust and how to access opportunities. These are the things we want to simplify.

“We are very intentional about trust; that is why we have put in place structures for verification and clarity. We believe long-term credibility is more important than short-term hype. We want our impact to be felt across the continent and beyond. We believe that real estate can be a strong driver of economic growth on the continent.”

Beyond advisory, APH offers robust marketing services designed to position properties effectively and connect them with the right buyers or tenants through high-quality property listings, online marketing, and tailored marketing strategy development.

Africa Property Hub also delivers specialised technical and strategic services which address legal, regulatory, financial, and technical considerations critical to successful acquisitions and developments.

“At the heart of our operation is detailed market research and analysis, including location studies, pricing benchmarks, supply-and-demand assessments, and professional property valuation and appraisal services for sales, purchases, mortgages, insurance, and investment decisions.

“Our value proposition is anchored on three core principles: excellent customer service, unwavering integrity, and deep industry and market knowledge,” Oyewale added.
