Firm plans summit for African CEOs


SalesRuby Limited, a leading management consulting company, has announced plans to host the Africa Revenue Summit 2025 in Lagos, with a bold goal of achieving 400 per cent business growth for 400 CEOs across Africa.

The summit, set to take place on February 21-22, 2025, at the MUSON Centre, Marina, will focus on strategies for corporate expansion, leadership development, and cross-border business growth.

According to SalesRuby Limited CEO and AFRES2025 convener, Mr. Bunmi Jembola, the initiative is designed to empower African businesses to thrive despite economic challenges.

“We aim to provide actionable growth strategies and leadership capabilities to African businesses, enabling them to overcome the economic downturn and achieve remarkable growth in 2025,” Jembola said in a statement released on Tuesday.

The summit will bring together 400 CEOs and executive leaders from across the continent, offering them the opportunity to network and share insights on sustainable business practices.

With the theme “Winning Across Borders,” the summit will provide a platform for leaders to explore strategies for expanding their businesses beyond their local markets.

“Our focus will be on equipping CEOs with the tools and mindset needed to scale their businesses internationally. We believe that by aligning strategy, leadership, and execution, we can not only achieve growth but also contribute to poverty reduction and job creation,” Jembola added.

The AFRES2025 summit will feature a lineup of distinguished speakers, including Systemspec CEO/Founder Dr. John Obaro and Flutterwave and Andela Co-Founder Mr. Iyin Aboyeji.

Other speakers include TVC Entertainment CEO Dr. Morayo Brown and UAC Foods CEO Mr. Oluyemi Oloyede, who recently helped the company achieve a 400% growth in 2024.

SalesRuby Limited plans to support participating businesses both before and after the summit.

In the lead-up to AFRES2025, businesses will receive assistance in designing and executing their growth strategies. Additionally, the company will offer post-summit support to ensure continued progress.

The AFRES2025 summit aims to drive significant economic growth across Africa by providing corporate leaders with the insights and resources needed to excel in today’s competitive business environment.
