Marketing Analytics Africa has announced plans to host a marketing summit to equip brands and marketers across Africa with cutting-edge strategies in digital marketing, scalable growth, and emerging technologies.
The event, themed ‘Marketing in the New Economy: Data-Driven Success in Challenging Times’, will be held on May 24 in Lagos, according to a statement.
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Marketing Analytics Africa, Victor Ojeakhena, said the annual Africa Marketing Technology and E-commerce Conference was designed to empower marketing leaders with the tools and insights needed to thrive in today’s digital economy.
According to him, “AMTEC is an annual marketing event that brings together thought leaders, executives, marketing innovators, and data strategists from across Africa to explore the latest trends, tools, and tactics in martech, e-commerce, data intelligence, and customer experience optimisation.”
Ojeakhena disclosed that this year’s edition will feature an impressive lineup of speakers including Managing Partner, Open Squares Africa, Feyi Olubodun; Chief Marketing Officer, Sterling Bank Plc, Maurice Igugu; Head of Marketing, Colgate, Tomisin Adetola; and Head of Sponsorship and Events, First Bank, Chinwe Bode-Akinwande, among others.
He also confirmed that top brands such as Colgate, Nutrify, Addmie, Indomie, Ladycare, DStv Nigeria, Dochase, and Legit.ng, Cybertron, and Accret Experience have signed on as official partners for the summit, reinforcing the event’s status as Africa’s premier hub for marketing technology and e-commerce knowledge.
