Firm leverages concert to promote real estate


T.Pumpy Estates, a real estate company in Nigeria, has announced that it will use the upcoming T.Pumpy Music Concert Season 3 to promote its ongoing real estate projects.

In a statement on Tuesday, the company explained that the event would provide an opportunity to engage with the local community while showcasing its real estate developments across various states, including Abuja, Ekiti, Oyo, and Kwara.

The firm said it has been known for offering modern infrastructure and affordable payment plans in its housing projects.

The concert, scheduled for December 26, 2024, at Airport Road in Abuja, will feature performances from several well-known Nigerian musicians, including 9ice, Daddy Showkey, and African China.

The Chief Executive Officer of T.Pumpy Estates, Adaralegbe Akintayo, said, “We are excited to leverage this concert as a platform to promote the real estate projects we are currently developing.

“It is an opportunity to connect with our community and highlight the housing solutions we provide.”

Founded in 2010, T.Pumpy Estates has expanded its operations to include developments in multiple regions.

The company aims to provide accessible, quality housing to Nigerians while contributing to local communities through various initiatives, including this music concert.

The concert will also feature performances by Segun Johnson, Femi Solar, Ado Gwanja, and Klever Jay.

The company emphasised that the concert is open to the public as it looks to strengthen its relationship with both potential homebuyers and the wider community.
