Fintech company empowers SMEs

A Fintech firm, Transactworld Digital, has launched Transactpay, a comprehensive digital platform designed to empower small and medium-sized enterprises and revolutionise their business operations.

In a statement, it was noted that the platform offers a suite of innovative solutions beyond traditional payment processing, acting as a catalyst for business growth and enhanced customer engagement.

It stated, “Transactpay boasts three key features: Transactpay Catalog, which allows businesses to easily create online stores, boosting product visibility and accessibility; Transactpay Tribe, a secure customer data management system enabling personalised offers and improved engagement; and Transactpay Trust, which streamlines payments through secure card tokenisation and direct debit setup via OTP, ensuring seamless transactions.

“By integrating these features, Transactpay provides SMEs with tools previously only accessible to larger corporations, leveling the playing field in the competitive e-commerce landscape. This unified ecosystem allows businesses to manage sales, customer relations, and payments from a single platform, freeing up valuable time and resources.”

The Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, Transactworld Digital, Ernest Obi, said businesses in Nigeria have faced numerous challenges in transitioning to digital commerce.

He said,”With Transactpay, we are eliminating barriers and providing seamless solutions that drive efficiency and profitability.”

Obi emphasised the platform’s ability to address the inefficiencies many businesses experience when relying on social media for sales, offering a streamlined, all-in-one solution.

“Now, business owners can handle sales, customer engagement, and payments from one streamlined platform, allowing them to focus on scaling their operations.

Affirming the benefits of the product, the Chief Executive Officer of Boli & Grills, Olamide Pearse, have already seen significant benefits.

“Since integrating Transactpay into our system, we’ve seen remarkable improvements in customer retention and payment processing.

“It has truly revolutionised the way we operate.”
